惊蛰

惊蛰，又名“启蛰”，是二十四节气中的第三个节气。惊蛰反映的是自然生物受节律变化影响而出现萌发生长的现象。

惊蛰后中国大部分气温升到0℃以上，雨量增多，大地湿度渐高。大部分进入春耕季节。

中国在惊蛰的民俗：祭白虎（民间传说白虎是口舌，是非之神）、吃惊蛰梨（寓意着和害虫分离，远离疾病）、炒豆（意为虫子在锅中受热煎）、打小人（不顺心者会拍打对头人和驱赶霉运）、咒鸟（人们会唱咒雀词，以驱赶鸟雀）、带龙尾帽（戴帽以此祈福）、醪酒（喝醪酒驱除身体里的寒）。一些地方还会挂桃花，拍肚皮以此来求好运祈福。
